Gloria A. Winterrowd, 62, of Germantown, passed away peacefully at her home after a long battle with cancer, on June 11, 2012. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Joe Winterrowd; her daughter, Cortney Reeder (Donald), of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; her 2 sons, Joey Winterrowd (Amy), of Collierville and Jonathan Winterrowd, of Memphis; her grandchildren, Joseph, Will, Callie, Lane, and Landon; her parents, Frank & Evelyn McCune, of Memphis; her sister, Madeline Nesmith (Chuck), of Kiawah, SC; her aunt, Sister Madeline McCune, of Memphis; and a host of other loving family members and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm at High Point Funeral Home & Crematorium, 3788 Summer Avenue, Memphis on Thursday, June 14, 2012. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8151 Poplar Avenue, Germantown, Tennessee beginning at 1 pm with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to The West Clinic, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.
