Gloria Jean Castilleja

Gloria Jean Castilleja born on November 4, 1950 was called home to our Lord and Savior on May 24, 2012 at the age of 61. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family; was a very spiritual person who would like to volunteer her time. She showcased many talents as a member of the National Art Society. She was a member of the Guadalupanas Society at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Selma. She was a graduate of Luther Burbank High School Class of 1969. She is preceded in death by her parents Fernando Garcia and Margaret Morin Olascuaga and brother Eddie Garcia. Survivors include her beloved husband of 43 years Edward Castilleja, loving daughters Sandra Jean Castilleja and Debra Jean Castilleja, sons Edward Garcia Castilleja and Jerry Edward Castilleja, sister Connie Mendez, brother Fernando Garcia Jr., 3 grandchildren Erica, Michael, and Sara. Visitation will begin on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Selma with a procession from the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
