Longworth, Gregory M., 80, of Dobbs Ferry died December 10, 2009. Mr. Longworth was born in Brooklyn to George N. and Margaret Longworth. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean Conflict. On June 5, 1954 Greg married Jeanne Shannon in Brooklyn. Mrs. Longworth died in 1992. Mr. Longworth worked as a senior telecommunications specialist for NY Telephone Co. and IBM. Surviving are four sons; Gregory, Gerard (Dale), Stephen (Nancy) and George N.(Elizabeth) Longworth, a daughter in law Dawn Longworth, two sisters; Rosemarie Hecht and Margaret Alto along with 11 grandchildren. His son Robert died in 2005. Mass of the Resurrection Monday 10AM Church of St. Matthew, R.C. Hastings-on-Hudson. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
