H.B. "Buck" Taylor

He was born on November 1, 1925 in Brownwood, Texas. He joined the
Navy in 1942 and served as a radar operator until discharged in 1946.
He went to Daniel Baker College in Brownwood for two years. He married
Mary Inez Lewis on November 25, 1948 in Midland, Texas. He worked as
an accountant in West Texas until moving to Dallas, Texas in 1961. The
family joined Valwood Park Baptist Church in 1961. He taught
intermediate boys Sunday School for several years and serve many years as
a deacon. He worked as a construction auditor from 1961 to 1980. He
worked as a warehouse manager from 1980 to 1984. He retired due to a
disability. He an Inez had three children, Steve Taylor, Terry Taylor
and Lisa Depew. All surviving with 5 grand children. He was proceeded
in death by his wife, Inez, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He lived with Lisa and her family until his death.
