VOGT-Harald, Devoted husband to Caroline Pieper-Vogt, adoring father of six year old twins Raffaella and Palmer, cherished son of Josef and Ruth Vogt, beloved brother of Gudrun and Rudiger. Solid and strong, funny and engaging, inventive and endlessly patient, Harald truly broke the mold. A German native, he combined unwavering determination and perfectionism with creative flair and a style all his own. A successful, global entrepreneur, founder and President of Vogt Communications Management and most recently the creator and President of The Scent Marketing Institute. Harald loved to cook for family and friends, had a passion for travel, was a pioneer of technology, loved the color yellow, and adored his one-and-only wife, Caroline, and their precious children. His spirit will surely live on in our hearts forever. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday August 3 at the Chapel of the Divine Compassion, 52 N. Broadway, White Plains, NY. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in Harald's memory would be gratefully accepted at the Preventive Medicine Research Institute, 900 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965, www.pmri.org.
