Harold Milburn
Harold Norman Milburn, 83, a resident of Annapolis, died September 10 of natural causes.
He was born May 12, 1928, in Maryland, and received his education in Glen Burnie High School. He was employed with the U.S. Naval Academy for 34 years. Harold was a member of St. Mary's Church in Annapolis and B.P.O.E. 622, and his hobbies included model trains and golf.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Jones, whom he married in 1954 and who died Nov. 12, 1995; and brother, Charles Milburn.
He is survived by his sister, Ethel Nash of Glen Burnie; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14 at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home, Inc., 147 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 15 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Road, Annapolis. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
