Hazel passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012.
Hazel was a resident of Durham, North Carolina at the time of her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fredrick.
A funeral service will be held Thursday 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church by Rev. Kathleen 'Katie' Crowe. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church.
