Helen G. Trietsch, age 93, of Arcadia, IN died July 4, 2012 at her home.  She was born October 7, 1918 at Moberly, Missouri to Elsworth and Anges (Rupp) Warner.
 
She met her husband, Max Henry Trietsch, while he was in the service during WW II.  He servives her.  Also surviving is a daughter: Judith Darlene (Thomas) VanMeter of Atlanta, IN, two sons: Max Henry (Janis) Trietsch, Jr. of Sheridan, IN and James W. Trietsch of Arcadia, IN, six grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great grandchild. 
 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother: Charles Warner.
 
Helen enjoyed being a homemaker and an active member of Arcadia Christian Church were she served in many areas.  She loved intacting with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Leisure time found her gardening and tending her flowers.  She also enjoyed playing euchre.
 
Visitation will be Friday, July 6, 2012 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel.  Graveside rites will follow the visitation at the Summit Lawn Cemetery at Westfield, IN.  Pastor J.R. Moffatt will officiate.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
