HESTER LOUISE MARTIN

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend Hester Louise Martin , 76 of Beaver, went home to be with the Lord on January 7, 2012.
Born September 20, 1935 at Basin; she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Jennis Shrewsbury.
Hester loved to sew, cook, decorate cakes, and entertain. But most of all she loved the time she spent with her family and her friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond White and a granddaughter, Michelle White.
Those left to cherish her precious memory include her husband, Aldus Martin; children, Michael White and wife, Connie, Louise Muscari and husband, Dr. Samuel Muscari, Jr., and Phyllis Bonar and husband, Ronald; grandchildren, Tina Blankenship, Patricia Haga, Bruce Haga, Jr., Ginger Smith, and David White; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Leona McKinney, Opal McKinney, Harold Shrewsbury and wife, Connie, Dale Shrewsbury and wife, Anthonette, and Elsie McKinney and husband, Britan.
Services will be 2:00PM Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Rev. William O. Tolliver officiating. Following the services, she will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.
Friends may gather with the family from 1:00PM Tuesday until time of the service at the funeral home.
