Hilda Bocchino, 94, a resident of Forrest Manor Care Center, Frelinghuysen Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, Hackettstown, NJ. Born in Hackettstown, NJ on July 15, 1917, she was the daughter of the late George and Minnie Gray Clawson. Mrs. Bocchino had lived in the Bernards and Long Valley area for many years. Mrs. Bocchino enjoyed baking, bingo and especially being with her family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Angelo who died in 1972 and a son, Russell, who died in 1985. Surviving are two sons, Anthony Bocchino and his wife Jeanne of Harmony Twp., NJ and Richard Bocchino of Belvidere, NJ; a daughter, Elizabeth Frattali and her husband Robert of Long Valley, NJ; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
