Howard Curtis Yarrington was born on October 11, 1908 in Bone Steel, South Dakota, the son of Herbert and Henrietta Yarrington. Howard died on November 1, 2010 at Ravenwood Nursing & Rehab Center at the age of 102. He attributed his long life to good Christian living, thinking young, dressing young and acting young. He is survived by his son, Dr. Gary Lee (Mary L.) Yarrington; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Howard will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A private family service was held on November 4, 2010 at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories.
