Howard was born on November 15, 1927 and passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2012.
Howard was a resident of Fairfield, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
He served in the United States Navy and was a WWII veteran.
He is survived by his wife Karen.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 W. Main St., Emmitsburg, MD with Chaplain Dan Summers of Lutheran Home Care & Hospice officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Gettysburg, PA. The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
