Fenno, Howard W., 88, passed away January 9, 2012. Howard Wesley Fenno was born on August 10, 1923 in La Moure County, North Dakota. Mr. Fenno was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He was also retired from USAF civil service at McConnell AFB following 37 years of service. He was a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church of Atlanta, GA. He is predeceased by his wife, Esther, his granddaughter Shawn Hunter, his father, Elton Earl Fenno, mother, Cora Maude Fenno, sisters Erma McNulty, Ruth Meyers and Maude Tetzloff, brothers Melvin, Max, John, and William. He is survived by his son Gail (Kathy) Fenno, daughter Debra (John David) Hayes, all from Wichita, and son Gregory Fenno from Atlanta, GA. Also surviving are grandson, Ian, granddaughter Phaedra, and great-granddaughter Clover, all of Wichita. Mr. Fenno was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Friday, January 13, 2012 and 11-2 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2012. Funeral: 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 13, 2012, all at Lakeview Funeral Home.
