Ida Mae Ruttler, age 80, a resident of Bosque Farms, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Martin and husband, Tim and Doreen Parker and husband, Mike; her son, James L. Ruttler, Jr. and wife, Anne; twelve grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Ida was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Ruttler; and her parents, Harry and Pearl Cage. She was an avid basketball player and even competed in the Senior Olympics. She enjoyed attending the Lady Lobo basketball games. She loved spending time with her family and her animals April (Eggroll) and Diablo. A celebration of Ida's life will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 11:00 a.m., at French - Lomas Chapel, with visitation one hour prior from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, January, 27, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.
