Infant Owen Thomas Barnes was stillborn on January 14, 2012 in the Pinnacle Health – Harrisburg Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Duane M. and Jennifer M. (Lynn) Barnes of Waynesboro; his twin sister, Makenzie Sophia Barnes; maternal grandparents, Robert and Patricia Lynn of McConnellsburg, PA; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Maxine Barnes of Waynesboro; maternal great-grandmother, Jean Fleeger and her fiance John Beck of Watsontown, PA; paternal great-grandmother, Sophia Potter, a resident of Michaux Manor in South Mountain, PA; his uncle, Robert P. Lynn and his wife Beth; and his aunt Angela Bussard and her husband Joel, along with their sons, Jared and Jacob. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Thomas and Mary Lynn and Walter Fleeger; and his paternal great-grandparents, T. Max Potter and Paul and Clara Barnes. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 27, 2012, in Blue Rock Church, 7885 Mentzer Gap Road, Waynesboro, with Pastor Gregory Helman officiating. Burial will follow in Quincy Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the internment.
