I've tried putting myself in Mother's life during her growing-up years as an only child, marries my Father who was the youngest of five children, she was a mother of four children, when Mother was 36 years old , her mother commited suicide, the marriage of 22 years ending with my father suicide, a second marriage annulled after only 6 months, a third marriage of 25 years when her husband died, took care of her elderly father for some nineteen years before his death at age 101, and lastly her "golden" years. She had suffered more them most people in a lifetime. What made Mother get up each morning and face another day for 96 years 4 months??? Her life taught me the answer. Mother lived through FAITH and that it takes courage each day, every day. And I can't mention Mother without mentioning my Father, for he taught me by his death how FRAGILE life really is, so handle it with PRAYER. My heart felt "Thank you" Mom and Dad. I love you both. Thank you G-D for giving me to them. May they both rest in peace together again. Love and G-D bless you both, your little Gloria-halleluia !!!
