TRUJILLO - Isabel M. Trujillo, 90, passed away Monday, May 25, 2009 at home. She was born Monday, June 3, 1918 in Aragon, NM, a daughter of Antonio and Soledad Martinez Trujillo. She owned and operated her own Beauty Salon and had customers loyal to her for over 50 years. Isabel retired after sixty years of service, which was very difficult for her. Survivors include ten nieces and nephews, David and wife, Linda Trujillo, Ruth Velarde, Naomi Montoya, Glenda and husband, Richard Simpson, Sonny and wife, Tonya Trujillo, Pamela Trujillo, Ruby and husband, Randy Anderson, Lydia Doizaki, Daniel and wife, Charlie Fernandez, Louie and wife, Rosemary Torrez. Also surviving are 18 grand-nephews; 6 grand-nieces; as well as many great-great-grand-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters, Pedro Trujillo, Rosaura Aragon, Tony Trujillo, Tomasita Castillo, Bessie Fernandez, and Feliz Torrez. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 29, 2009, 1:00 p.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE where friends may attend a visitation one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
