Isabel Trevino passed away peacefully at home June 1, 2011 with her devoted daughters by her side. She was born February 3, 1918 in Big Wells Texas. She is survived by her daughters, Gloria (Robert), Irene (James), Lydia (David), Elizabeth (Randall) 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Domingo, her parents, 1 sister and 1 brother.
Isabel believed in the power of prayer; everyone knew her prayers were heard. She prayed daily for her husband of 68 years and for her family, extending blessings and comfort to those who were in need.
Visitations for family and friends will be at Crespo Funeral Home, 4136 Broadway, Houston, Texas 77087 on June 5, 2011 from 5 – 9 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at 10 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran, Houston, Texas 77009 on June 6, 2011. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Ave, Houston, Texas.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers from Vitas Hospice for their compassionate care and support.
