Ivy Lorraine Hayes, 3, of Payson, Utah died in her parents arms and was welcomed into her Father in Heaven's arms on Wednesday morning on October 5th, 2011 at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ivy was born on November 2nd, 2007 in Provo, Utah to Justin and Michele Hayes. Ivy loved her family very much! She loved life, animals, music, books, dancing, and her fun pets. She was always a bright and beautiful girl who broke hearts with her smile and long curly hair. She has been welcomed into her Father in Heaven's arms, and it will be a glorious day when she is reunited with her family. Her spirit will shine bright in the lives of her parents, Justin and Michele Hayes, and her older sisters, Olivia and Laura Hayes(6) who adore her and will truly miss her.

Ivy will be incredibly missed by her extended family; Grandparents, Clyde and Linda Hayes, Bruce and Debbie Mills and the late Elise Mills. All of her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends will miss her tremendously.

Viewing will be on Friday from 4PM for family members and from 6-8 for all others at Walker Mortuary in Payson, Utah – 587 South 100 West

Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 780 West 500 South in Payson, Utah. Interment will be in Nephi, Utah following the service for Family and Close friends.
