Jack E. Krivanek, 81, of Palm City, Florida died, November 15, 2011, at Martin Memorial Medical Center Stuart.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he had been a resident of Palm City for 22 years coming from Perry, Ohio.
During World War II he served in the U.S. Corps of Engineer.
Before retiring he was a truck driver. He was a member of Teamsters' Union and the VFW.
He was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church, Palm City
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Shirley Krivanek of Palm City; a son, Jack Krivanek of Port St. Lucie, Florida; daughters, Linda Clark of Madison, Ohio, Debbie Fiske of Port St. Lucie and Cheryl Gamble of Lebanon, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brothers, Carl Krivanek and Robert Krivanek.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on November 20, 2011 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. There will be a funeral service at 10:00 AM on November 21, 2011 in the funeral home chapel followed by interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park with military honors provided by the U.S. Army.
