Loy Harold “Jack” Lewis, 69, of Coolidge died peacefully in his sleep on Oct. 3, 2010, with friends and family by his side.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church.
Mr. Lewis was born on Sept. 10, 1941, in Blytheville, Ark., and was a son of Perry and Eula Lewis. He was a military veteran and an air-conditioning and appliance repairman for 45 years. He enjoyed watching the Sun Devils and Cardinals games and going camping and fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Jean; a daughter, Jaqueline Horlacher of Coolidge; two sons, James and John Lewis of Coolidge; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
