Jackie A. Kessler, 71, of Erdman, passed away at his residence on December 29, 2011. Jackie was born in Erdman on September 20, 1940, the son of the late Daisy A. (Troutman) and Aaron E. Kessler. He worked at Muskin Shoe Factory, Millersburg, until retiring in 1964. He faithfully attended Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, Gratz. He was a member of the Erdman Sportsman's Asso. Surviving are his sister, Norma Straub of Erdman, and 3 Nieces and 1 Nephew.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, from 10-11am at James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow. Funeral service will follow at 11am also at the funeral home, with Rev. Daniel Durkee officiating. Interment will be at Klingers Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Erdman.
