Jacob A. Welch, 81, of Dornsife, PA, passed away Saturday, October 29th, peacefully, at The Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove, PA. Jacob was born in Royalton, PA on December 25, 1929, a son of the late Amanda (Ridley) and Jacob A. Welch, Sr. He lived in Seward Alaska for 55 years and spent the last few years of his life in Dornsife with his daughter. He was the widower of the late Doris G. (March) Welch.
