Jacobe Lee Hyatt began his life on September 27, 1973 in Paterson, NJ, to Magalene Legette and Judge Lee Hyatt. He was tragically taken from us far too soon on January 1, 2012. He attended P.S. #6 and Eastside High School. Jacobe was employed at various jobs throughout his life. While working at Houlihans, he discovered his passion for cooking. He was often encouraged to open his own restaurant. He was an outstanding friend, a loving father, a devoted brother, and caring son. Jacobe was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mrs. Cressie and Mr. Willie Hyatt and maternal grandfather, Mr. Warren Legette, Sr. He leaves to cherish wonderful memories: mother, Magalene Legette; father, Judge Lee Hyatt, both of Paterson, NJ; sons, ("The Twins"), Jahmir and Quamir McDonald, Paterson, NJ; brothers, Michael (Cumeisha) Hyatt, Stroudsburg, PA and Derwin Braxton, Alabama; sisters, Tonya E. Hyatt, Paterson, NJ and Theresa Gross, Cleveland, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Georgia Legette, Lake View, SC; and a host of niece, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Jacobe also leaves to mourn his passing another brother, not by blood, but by love, devotion and years of friendship, Daniel Fields, Crystal Fields, a trusted companion, and a very special friend. He is gone, but never will be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him.
