Jacqueline C. Baker, 53, of Lubbock passed away Monday, December 13, 2010. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. Jacqueline enjoyed the times she spent traveling with her family. She had a special love for animals taking in any unwanted pets she encountered.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday December 19th at Sanders Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 20th at Sanders Memorial Chapel.

Jacqueline was born to Betty and Jack Cain on May 13, 1957. She was a graduate of Monterey High School and attended Texas Tech University.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Joe Max Baker, her father, Jack Cain and her grandparents, Ulala and Elmer East.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Fitchett and her uncle, Mike East, both of Lubbock. Her daughter, Holley Baker of Los Angeles; her sister, Karen Ray of Celina; niece and nephew, Kourtney and Casey Woodman of Celina; niece Melanie Decker of Kentucky; her best friend Kenny Mohling of Lubbock.
