One of the many memories that my oldest son (16) and I can remember is when my son went to work with me one day and he met James...til today my son always remembers him as the nice man that let him draw on the board...he was a very strong and caring person...I saw him as a father figure, I was only 19 when I started working with him at Cargill,

One of the many memories that my oldest son (16) and I can remember is when my son went to work with me one day and he met James...til today my son always remembers him as the nice man that let him draw on the board...he was a very strong and caring person...I saw him as a father figure, I was only 19 when I started working with him at Cargill, he was a part of our work family, even after he retired...it was an honor to be part of his life and he will be missed dearly.
