James David Harrington, born December 4, 1958 passed away on August 19, 2011 after a courageous fight with cancer. He was a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL.
He is survived by his wife Lynn (Hall) Harrington, one daughter Elizabeth (Kevin) Barry, one son Eric Harrington; one grandson Jacob Barry; his parents John and Barbara Harrington; one sister Janet (Larry) McElhany; one brother John (Debra) Harrington; two nieces Amanda (Scott) Corley and Ashley Harrington; two nephews Jeremy (Constance) Cannon and Brett Harrington; many other relatives and friends.
His greatest accomplishment in life was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, Papa, son, brother and friend.
The visitation memorial will be held Monday, August 22 from 6 to 8 at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL 36605. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.
