James Earl Lusk, Sr., 75, of 221 Daniel Boone Trail, died Monday, October 31, 2011.

Born in Salem, SC, he was the son of the late William Elijah and Myrtle Lee Nichols Lusk.

Earl was a veteran of the US Army; a Mason of the Keowee Lodge and a Shriner.

Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Angie Lusk; his sister, Bessie Lee Fortson and Marcia Webb; his half brothers, Harold (Marcia) Lusk and David (Janet) Lusk; two grandsons, Justin and Logan Lusk; and a step grandson, Michael Roach.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8:00pm at the funeral home.
