James G. Grady , 84, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Coventry Meadows LLC in Fort Wayne. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI, James has been a resident of Ft. Wayne for 54 years. He was a self employed Insurance salesman and a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. He loved spending time with his family, and was proud of his Irish heritage. He was an avid fan of Notre Dame University and enjoyed playing golf. Surviving are Georgia M. Grady Fort Wayne, IN son, Steve (Bev) of Ft. Wayne, IN daughters, Loretta (John) Leffin of Naples, FL Alecia (Jim) Brant of Tampa, FL son, James S. Grady of Lake Forest, IL brother, Stafford Grady, sisters, Patricia O'Brien, Sydney Mae McVoy, brother, David (Joyce) Darling grandchildren, Kristy Aguirre, Melissa Leffin, Krista Leffin, Sean Grady, Daniel Grady and 4 great grandchildren . James was preceded in death by his parents, Stafford R. and Josephine Darling, sisters, Jane Grady and Therese A'Hearn. Mass of Christian Resurrection is 10:30 AM, November 19, 2011 at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with calling one hour prior, Fr. Vincent Ibeh officiating.
