James H. Steenstry, 49, of Kansas City, MO, passed away December 8, 2011. Funeral service will be 10:00am Monday December 12, 2011, at Avondale United Methodist Church 3101 NE Winn Rd, KCMO 64116. Visitation will be 5-7pm Sunday December 11, 2011 at Funeral Home. James was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Audrey Steenstry. Survivors include his wife of 27 years Paula Steenstry of the home, 2 children Jason and Jennifer Steenstry and a granddaughter on the way. Brothers Larry, John and Terry, 2 sisters Debbie and Sandy. James has worked for Asphalt Sales for 28 years and will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers make donation to the church.
