January 21, 1932 – December 14, 2011

Mr. James L. Looser, 79, of Huntsville passed away Wednesday at his residence. He was a Deacon of Monte Sano Baptist Church and was retired from Chrysler Corp. Mr. Looser was a resident of Huntsville since 1963. He is preceded in death by his infant son, Donnie; parents, James and Verna Looser and sister, Sylvene Grimmer.

Mr. Looser is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Looser; sons, Barry and Cindy Looser and Ronnie and Mona Looser; daughter, Sharon and Frank Livesay; sister, Barbara Grill; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; Loving caretakers, Venies, Deborah and Lori.

Funeral services will be Friday at 3:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bob Mayberry and nephew, Rev. Herb Robertson officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
