James was born on September 19, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2009.

James was a resident of Big Spring, Texas at the time of his passing.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Okinawa for three years after the end of World War II.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene.
