Janice Chambers Black (Jan) Landreth, 54, of 250 Hamilton Road, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Joyce Teat Chambers of Easley and the late James Chambers.
Janice was a homemaker and member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Surviving is her husband of the home, Lonnie P. Landreth; six children, Denise Black and Mitch Marcus both of the home, Nicholas Turner of Easley, Kevin Black of Pelzer, and Jamie Black Watson (Mike) and Natasha Gantt both of Liberty; five grandchildren; a sister, Joan Czarnick (Donnie) of Easley; and two brothers, Butch Chambers (Kim) of Liberty, and Johnny Chambers (Penny) of Greenbriar, AR.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a son, Harold Black, Jr. and a sister, Jean Chambers.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The ARC of Pickens County, P.O. Box 1308, Easley, SC 29641.
The family will be at the home.
