Mrs. Jane Duffey Chambers

Mrs. Jane Duffey Chambers, age 53 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away November 1, 2011. She was born in Atlanta to Wallace Duffey and the late Leila Jane Sanders Duffey. Jane was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Duffey. She worked for 23 years for the Clayton News Daily and enjoyed time with her family and watching Atlanta Falcons football. Survivors include her husband, Keith Chambers of Stockbridge; daughter, Ashley Chambers of Locust Grove; father, Wallace Duffey of Jonesboro; siblings, Jerry (Mary) Duffey of McDonough, Timmy Duffey, Tammy Hartzog and Heath (Amy) Duffey all of Jonesboro; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. Gaines Wise will officiate. Interment will follow at Haisten/Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Friday from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
