Janis passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012.
Janis was a resident of Shelby, North Carolina at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Nick.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall of the church. At other times the family will be at the home.
The family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society of Cleveland County, 1901 Brunswick Avenue, Charlotte NC 28207 or Central United Methodist Church, 200 East Marion Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
