Jay was born on October 6, 1951 and passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2009.
Jay was a resident of Bullard, Texas at the time of his passing.
Mr. Dennis was a Methodist, served in the U. S. Army.
He is survived by his wife Barbara.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Resthaven Memorial Park, Jacksonville. There will be no visitation.
