Jeffrey was born on October 15, 1970, in Panorama City, Calif., and grew up in Lancaster. He attended Joshua Elementary, Piute Jr High and Antelope Valley High School. Jeffrey lived his entire life in the Antelope Valley where he worked in construction and enjoyed fishing and hunting in his past time. He is survived by his mother Cheryl Moffett of Lancaster, his father Jerry and Christine Moffett of Littlerock, grandma Connie Espinoza of Orange, Calif., brothers Danny Moffett of Lancaster, Mike Moffett (Lauri) of Littlerock, step-brother Bob Wood (Laura) of Leander, Texas and step-sister Sheila Wood Tolleson of Keizer, Ore., nephews, Jeremy, Steven, Jonathan, nieces, Kayla, Caitlin, Sarah, as well as aunts and cousins. Jeffery was preceded in death by his grandma Ruth Jackson. Services will be held Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 3 p.m., at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Memorial Chapel, 44802 North Date Ave, Lancaster, Calif. Viewing to follow the Service, from 4 to 8 p.m. We would like to Thank the Staff of the Antelope Valley Hospital Intensive Care Unit for the excellent care that was given to our son.
