HAZELTON, Jennifer L. 38, of Clearwater, went home to be with the Lord on December 15, 2011.

Jennifer is survived by her parents Cheryl and Kenneth Hazelton, children Michael Koppinger and Karly Hazelton, brother and sister-in-law Eric and Marisa Hazelton, maternal grandmother Magdalene Hofmeister, paternal grandmother Wanda Hazelton, and many loving nieces and nephews.
