Services for Jerry Hall Sparks, 66, of Lubbock will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Sanders Memorial Chapel with Rev. Howard McCann and Doug Harmon officiating. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Duncan, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Monday at the Funeral Home.

Jerry passed on November 13, 2010 at his home after a battle with cancer.

Jerry was born February 20, 1944 in Duncan, Oklahoma to T. E. and Dorothy Sparks. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1966. Jerry married Beverly G. Worrell on August 23, 1965 in Dallas, Texas. He was property manager for TTHSC and retired after 25 years of service.

Survivors include his wife; Beverly; daughter, Lori Griffith and husband, Chris; daughter, Kelly Staud and husband, Jeff; sister, Harla June Olds; brother, Perry Edgar Sparks; brother, Ray Kent Sparks; grandchildren, Braeden, Jaron, Ryland Griffith and Collin Staud.

In appreciation for the special care and services Jerry received, his family suggests memorials to the Southwest Cancer Center.
