Jessie Mae Williams, 82, passed away September 5, 2010, in her residence. She was born in Lackwanana, NY and was the daughter of the late James Belton and Nellie Butts Belton. She is survived by her husband, Darcy Williams; her children, Ruth Lee, Viola Evans (James), Raymond Bass, Richard Davis, Raymond Wilson, Edward Williams, Bernard Williams, Santhony Williams, and Paulette Block; a sister, Linda Brown; son-in-law, Herbert Rutherford of Washington DC; and brother, Leroy Perdue of Buffalo, NY. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gayle E. Rutherford, M.D. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at 11 a.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel.
