James T. “Jimmy” Bauman, 73, of Alexander, passed away on Monday, June 6th. He was born in Little Rock to Valentine Theodore and Anna Mae Bauman. He worked for many years in the Dairy business for Borden and Coleman Dairy. Jimmy loved the outdoors, spending time deer hunting and fishing. He enjoyed gardening and his yard was immaculate. Jimmy restored antique cars. His family was important to him and he treasured the time he spent with them.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Judith; his sister Charlotte Goodwin; his nieces and nephews Rhonda Mills, Jamie Corley, Ashley Loux, Morgan Loux, Chris Loux, Dana Plunkett, Kelly Tetter, Kim Brown, and Kenny Loux, Jr; his great nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends, all who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10th, 2011 in the Chapel at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, with Reverend Chris Loux officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 9th, 2011 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Highway 5 North, Alexander, AR 72002 (501)455-1067
