Jimmy Clark, 67, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 8:45pm on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio after a sudden illness.

Born February 3, 1945 in Keokee, Virginia to the late Ulyess and Beulah Barker Clark.

Jimmy was a retired coal miner from Peabody and a member of New Lexington Eagles #2070.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters
Survived by his wife, Carol Adkins Clark of the home; 3 sons, Sid (Missy) Clark, Barry Clark and Wes (Michelle) Clark; 4 grandchildren, Amanda Sue Clark Spencer, Aaron Clark, Landon Clark and Kim; great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Spencer; brothers and sisters, Gene (Mary Sue) Clark, Wayne Clark, Bennie (Sherry) Clark, Shirley (J.M.) Kelly, Harroll Clark and Lanny Clark.

Calling hours will be held from 5pm-8pm with Eagles services at 8:00pm on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday (Dec. 5) from 6pm-8pm at Holding Funeral Home (17. E. 3rd St. N) in Big Stone Gap The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 8:00pm with the Pastor Rick Phillips officiating

The family will meet at the Holding Funeral Home on Thursday, December 6, at 10:00am and go to the Barker family cemetery in Keokee for a graveside service.
