Jimmy Trice Taylor (Trice), age 75, of Cabot, Arkansas entered into eternal rest Wednesday May 23, 2012.
He was born to Sam and Pauline Taylor in Jericho, Mississippi March 15, 1937 and he graduated from Jericho High School.
Trice was a business man working many years in the sewing machine industry and owning several related businesses; later operating Beebe Raceway and most recently owning and operating Sylvania Corner Market. He was a tremendous man with great integrity and dignity.
Trice is preceded in death by his wife of forty years, Nancy Carol (Guyot) Taylor in 2009; one infant daughter, three brothers, two sisters, and twin infant grandsons, Aden Gene and Aubrey Trice Taylor.
He is survived by three children, Tony Taylor and wife Ann, Susan Taylor-Sneed, Kevin Taylor and wife Nikki, all of Cabot; five grandchildren, Leah Paul and husband Eric, Raleigh Sneed and Scott, Shay Taylor, Hayley Taylor, and Evan Taylor all of Cabot; two great-grandchildren, Caedyn and Selah Sanders; one brother, Kenneth Taylor of Alabama; mother-in-law, Carlyne (Billie) Guyot; brother and sister-in-law, Mike Guyot and Sharon Fortner and husband, Tom, all of Sand Hill.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Sylvania Presbyterian Church, with burial in the Sylvania Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lonoke County Safe Haven, PO Box 414, Cabot, AR 72023.
