I am so sorry for the loss of Joan. We worked together for many years at Hancock Fabrics, back to the old Northwest Fabrics days. We were like a family there.
I will always remember Joan's dedication to her family. She was always so attentive to her parents and would bring them into the store from time to time. And then she would keep us up to date on the goings on of her kids, helping them, as she was able.

Autumn on Parade was a big deal for her, many years of participation. I would always see her there in her booth selling her wares along with her famiy. I also particiapted in AOP for a few years and I know what hard work it was. She told me she did it for her kids, so they could have a nice Christmas.
Joan was such a sweet person, always thinking of others. I know she will be greatly missed!
Even though I have not seen her in several years, I too, will always miss Joan!

Working with Joan was a real pleasure. She was a very creative person and will be remembered for her friendly smile and gracious personality. She loved doing craft shows and delighted in showing us her latest projects.
Through the years we often discussed our families. Joan was so proud of all her children and I know you all will miss her very much.
