Joel Cirilo, 76, passed on June 8, 2011. He was born December 4, 1934 in Houston, Texas to Pedro and Rosa Cirilo. Joel is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Frances Cirilo; his loving daughter, Jacqueline Marie Cirilo; one brother and sister-in-law, Rene and Alice Cirilo and a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 13th from 5-9 PM at Crespo Broadway Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, June 14th at 10:30 AM at Crespo Broadway Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, TX.
