Cassidy, John Anthony "Jack" Jr., 89, of St Petersburg, Fl., joined his wife Marie in heaven Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Jack was born in Cincinnati, OH and moved to St Petersburg in 1963. He retired from the US Army as 2nd Lieutenant after 20 years of service. Jack was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He worked as a letter carrier with the US Postal Service for 20 years upon retirement. Jack was a member of the Masonic Order. He is preceded in death by his wife Marie Frances of 62 years. Jack is survived by his son John A. Cassidy, III, daughter Bonnie Cassidy, grandchildren John and Lisa and great grand children Devin, Hayley, Caleb and Ella.
