John M. O’Grady, 83, of Port St. Lucie, passed away, Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at his residence.

Mr. O’Grady was born in Brooklyn, NY. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past twenty-one years coming from Centereach, Long island, NY.

He served in the United States Army during World War II.

Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Stella O’Grady of Port St. Lucie, FL; three sons, Timothy O’Grady of Smithtown, NY; Terrence O’Grady of Marietta, GA; Thomas O’Grady of Coram, NY; two brothers, Joseph O’Grady of Long Island, NY; Frances O’Grady of Laurel, MD; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A Gathering will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Knights of Columbus in Port St. Lucie, FL.
