John Roger Grasser Sr., 87, a life long resident of West New York passed away on Saturday July 23, 2011 at Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was a manager for Evan Picone, North Bergen, before retiring. John was a member of the Hudson County Democratic Committee, West New York and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Guttenberg. He also worked as a housing inspector for the Town of West New York. He was the beloved husband of the late Doris Grasser. Devoted father of John R Grasser Jr. and Kevin C. Grasser. Loving Grandfather of Jennifer Crecco and 3 great grandchildren.
