John V. Foster, 89, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Wabash, IN, John worked in Quality Control with General Electric for 45 years, retiring in 1986. He was a U S Army WW II veteran and a member of the American Legion in Roanoke In. Surviving are his step son, Scott (Paula) Loveless of Fort Wayne, IN. step-daughter, Roxanne Seedorf of Leo, IN. sister, Louise Williams of North Manchester, IN. and nieces, Joy Beeler and Julie Yeater . John was preceded in death by 2nd wife, Thelma Foster, first wife, Mary Copeland Foster. Funeral Service is 2:00 pm, March 9, 2012 at - D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. Calling Thursday, March 08, 2012 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the funeral home . Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
