Harwood, John William, Sr., baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Saturday, September 25, 2010. Beloved husband of Joan Harwood (nee Sang). Dear father of John, Jr. (Rita) and Jeff (Shannon) Harwood; brother-in-law of Beverly (Dee) Sang West. Dear uncle, great-uncle and friend to many and his beloved dog, Mandy. John will be remembered for his quick wit and daily dedication for helping others. He is loved by many and will be missed. God grant us the serenity for those things we cannot change. Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. Interment private. Visitation Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 4 p.m. until time of service.
